About Dr. Susarla
Dr. Susarla is a board-certified Pediatric Pulmonologist and Pediatric
Adult Sleep Medicine Specialist at Houston Specialty Clinic. He earned his medical
degree at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed
pediatric residency at Orlando Health Arnold Palmer Hospital for Children.
A native of Houston, Dr. Susarla pursued a Pulmonary Medicine Fellowship and
Sleep Medicine training at Texas Children’s Hospital, a program that is consistently
ranked among the best in the nation.
Dr. Susarla has numerous professional interests in Sleep and Pulmonary Medicine, is
a Fellow of the American College of Chest Physicians, and a member of multiple professional
organizations, including the American Thoracic Society, American Academy of Sleep Medicine,
American College of Sports Medicine, and the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology.
Dr. Susarla is passionate about diagnosing and treating complex medical conditions and bringing state-of-the-art subspecialty care to the community without losing the personal touch.

In his free time he enjoys spending time with his family and tending his vegetable garden.
