I like that the office responds timely with call backs and follows through. Dr Sursala has been good about listening to what I know about my body and adjusting my meds accordingly and based on insurance issues. Therefore partnering with me and not “telling” me whats best for me.

I had a very pleasant experience at Dr. Susarla's office. All the staffs were very nice and friendly. Dr. Susarla took his time to examine my child and explain everything very thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and kind. I would definitely recommend his office to anybody.

It was a very easy and fast to get an new client appointment. However, the instructions for a virtual visit were communicated poorly and the office doesn’t have a direct number to anyone for contact. You have to go through many prompts and leave a message that you hope someone gets and calls you back immediately.
