Dr. Susarla was thorough in his explanation after his assessment of my 3 year old. He was patient with answering all of my questions and never made me feel rushed. His assistant or tech could use some training to be more personable to young children though. She didn’t explain anything she was doing, the purpose of it or how to complete the test..so of course my toddler got very anxious and bawled. Needless to say, test wasn’t completed. Would recommend Dr. Susarla despite the young lady.

We love Dr. Susarla and his team! They truly care about their patients and provide the best care. They have been amazing helping us get the help my daughter needs with her asthma. We are never rushed at appts and they are very thorough. We unfortunately even had to use the after hour phone line a few times and Dr. Susarla has called us back to help us! We highly recommend Dr. Susarla and his team!

Receptionist was very nice immediately welcomed us and was ready to have us checked in.
Medical assistant at the office took down all the info necessary for my son to receive the best care possible. I was surprise to see how easy and smooth she made the test and exams go for my son. He usually feels uneasy and concerned about having to visit any medical office. Dr. Susarla explain his results, diagnosis and treatment clearly. Thank you everyone!

Dr. Susarla is awesome but the sign-in process is overcomplicated and far too lengthy, the office space was dismal, and the exam rooms look like they haven't been cleaned or updated in years.
