Amy Igbokwe BA MA

​Amy Igbokwe brings a wealth of experience and passion to her dual role as a Behavior Specialist and Assistant Diagnostician.

 

She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Houston, where she studied Psychology and Biology with a minor in Education. She later pursued her master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, deepening her expertise in behavioral science.

Amy began her career in special education, spending seven years in the classroom setting. During this time, she specialized in behavior management, working primarily with children diagnosed with developmental disorders such as autism and ADHD.

 

Her hands-on experience in educational environments laid a strong foundation for her transition into the clinical setting, where she continues to support children and families with compassion and evidence-based strategies.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys running, watching musicals, and dancing; activities that reflect her energetic and creative spirit.
